the fine print
the hot list is a recurring pr club usa gifting program. no purchase is necessary to submit a nomination.
eligibility
nominations must be submitted for another person. self nominations are not eligible. nominees and nominators must meet any eligibility requirements stated by pr for the applicable monthly selection period.
how to nominate
the nominator must follow pr club usa, submit the requested nomination information and tag the nominee on an eligible pr club usa post during the applicable nomination period.
additional tags, comments, shares and other genuine interaction with pr may help a nomination receive more consideration, but do not guarantee selection. spam, fake accounts, automated engagement or misleading information may result in disqualification.
selection
pr club usa will select one nomination from eligible submissions for each applicable selection period. selections are made at pr club usa’s discretion based on the nomination, story, community interaction, brand fit and other factors pr considers relevant. selection is not random and is not guaranteed based on the number of tags or interactions.
the gifting
the selected nominee will be contacted by pr to confirm eligibility, sizing, product availability and shipping information. the selected nominee may choose an eligible pr set from the options made available by pr. the set and standard shipping are gifted by pr at no charge, subject to availability.
the post
to unlock the nominator’s gifting, the selected nominee must receive her pr gifting, create and publish the required content wearing or featuring the gifted pr product, and tag pr club usa according to the instructions provided with her gifting.
once the nominee has completed the required post and pr has confirmed completion, the eligible nominator may select an eligible pr set from the options made available by pr.
if the nominee does not complete the required content, the nominator’s gifting is not earned or released.
gifting requirements
all gifting is subject to product and size availability. gifting has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred unless pr approves otherwise.
receiving or being nominated for gifting does not guarantee future gifting, features, partnerships, collaborations or participation in future pr programs.
content disclosure
any required social content involving gifted pr product must clearly disclose the gifting relationship in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements. pr may provide additional posting and disclosure instructions to selected participants.
program changes
pr club usa may modify, pause, extend or end the hot list program, its selection periods, gifting options or participation requirements at its discretion. any material changes will apply as communicated for the applicable selection period.
