Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at pr@prclubusa.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right. pr club usa is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and later reported missing — though we'll always help you file a carrier claim.
