This refund policy is meant to communicate pr club usa’s general practices and is not a legal guarantee of eligibility in all cases. We reserve the right to evaluate refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and make final decisions at our discretion.
Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the situation and issue a replacement if eligible.
