clubhouse chat: sweet dreams

beauty sleep isn't a myth. it's a routine.

Summer runs on long days. Beach mornings, clubhouse afternoons, dinners that go late. But the version of you that shows up tomorrow — rested, clear, glowing — is built tonight. Sleep is the original glow up. Everything else is maintenance.

the wind-down is the routine

You don't fall asleep well by accident. You set it up. An hour before bed, start closing tabs — the mental ones. Lights lower. Phone further away than arm's reach. A book you actually want to read. The last hour of your day should feel like the first hour: intentional.

the details that matter

Keep the room cool — around 65 degrees is where deep sleep lives. Keep it dark. Same bedtime, same wake time, even on weekends. That's the one nobody wants to hear, and the one that changes everything. Your body loves rhythm. Give it one.

recovery is a flex

The pilates class, the morning walk, the tennis match — none of it compounds without recovery. Sleep is where your training actually becomes progress. Where your skin resets. Where tomorrow's energy gets decided. Seven to nine hours isn't indulgent. It's the standard.

The easiest decision you'll make all day is going to bed on time. The hardest part is believing it counts. It counts more than almost anything.

Health is hot. So is a full night's sleep.
